The renowned Miami hospitality group Menin Hospitality took advantage of the sleeping lot at the southwest corner of 17th Street and Collins Avenue, with a plan to resurrect the joint-hotel, accompanied by a sense of renewal and glory. Joining forces with development team Crescent Heights, architects ADD Inc and construction crew GT McDonald Enterprises, the venture would bring a fallen South Beach landmark upright and back to life.
