Inspired by the nightlife in France and underground clubs of NYC. WAYLA was conceived and designed by former proprietor Stephan Pouquet in April 2010.
Wayla is located in historic Leslieville. The space is currently owned by Kent Keilback. We have created a space for everyone to party together, Gay, Lesbian, Transgender, Straight & Bisexual of every age and race in a safe environment where we have a zero tolerance policy for any intolerance.
Enjoy regular themed nights, special events and private parties with our friendly staff. Our Karaoke and Open Mic stage is a weekly staple. Dance the night away at our Deep and Disco, Girl I'll House You and Drop the Beat nights. Our Back Room Comedy Showcase features Queer stand up comics. Waylas art features the LGBTTIQQ2SA Community.
